Can I recover my points if I have not indicated my BG Club account?
In order to guarantee the attribution of your BG Club loyalty points, you must identify yourself each time you make a purchase.
If you have created a new account, and you accumulate points on two separate BG Club accounts, these points will be split between the two accounts.

Download your BG Club loyalty card to your mobile
Log in to your customer area, then click on Add my card to my wallet. Available on iOS and Android.
