BG Club
Why should I join the BG Club?
By registering with our loyalty program, you will be kept up-to-date with the latest news on the Brunschwig group and enjoy a number of personalized benefits such as BG Club vouchers and exclusive benefits. In addition, you can easily order online on our websites Bongenie Grieder and BG Outlet.
How do I register with the BG Club?
You can register in-store or on the website www.bg-club.ch. In all cases, the account creation takes mere seconds. Remember to accept the club's general terms and conditions.
How do I login to my BG Club account?
To login, click on “Registration/Login” and enter your email address and password.
How can I collect BG Club points?
Your points are nominative and collected automatically when you make a purchase in one of our brand stores. We would like to remind you that CHF1.- spent = 1 point. For the owners of the BG Club credit card, CHF1.- spent = 2 points when the purchases are made using the BG Club credit card.
In which brands is my BG Club “card” valid?
The BG Club “card” is valid in all the Bongenie Grieder, Hofstetter Sports, Buzzano and MaxMara Switzerland stores as well as on the Bongenie Grieder and BG Outlet websites.
Status
How do I know my status?
Login to your personal space on the BG Club website and access all your account information. To learn more about your current status and obtain an overview of your BG Club account, click on the "My profile" section.
How do I change my status?
Your status keeps on evolving with the purchases you make. You can find more information in your personal BG Club space.
What are the differences between each status?
Every status allows you to unlock exclusive benefits, obtained as per your spending. The more you shop, the more your status evolves, the more rewards will be added to those you already enjoy. More information can be found on the "My benefits" page.
How long is my status valid?
Your status is valid for one year.
How will I know if my status changes?
You will be notified via email about any changes to your status, informing you about the sum of your points as well as the rewards tied to this new status.
Points
How many points can I obtain thanks to my purchases?
The number of points varies with your purchases. CHF1.- spent = 1 point. If you are a BG Club credit cardholder, your points will be doubled (CHF1.- = 2 points), if it was used as the payment method.
Where can I view my point overview?
Login to the BG Club website and access all your account information. To find out your current status and obtain an overview of your BG Club account, click on the "My profile" section. We can also provide this information to you in-store during your next checkout.
Do I lose my points if I make a return?
In case of returns, you will be able to keep your points if you choose to be reimbursed in the form of a gift card. If you select a different reimbursement method, your points won't be accounted for.
How long do my points remain valid?
Every year, 31 December is the last calendar day of the year on which it is possible to collect points and obtain a BG Club voucher.
The points are always validated 30 days after the purchase date if there is no return.
The points validated on 31 January of the following year expire if the 2,500-point threshold for a BG Club voucher has not been reached.
Why don't my points appear immediately in my BG Club account?
Your points are validated in the 30 days following your purchase. Your "pending" points will appear in the 24 hours after your purchase in-store or the dispatch of your online order and will be converted into "validated" points after 30 days if you didn't make any returns or exchanges.
Can a third party take advantage of my points?
Your points are tied strictly to yourself. They can't be used by third parties.
Rewards
Where can I find my rewards?
Your rewards are available in your BG Club space in the "My benefits" section.
How can I use my rewards?
In-store, all you need to do is identify yourself at the cash desk to our sales assistants who will inform you about your available rewards.
Online, after logging in, your rewards are displayed in the following way: some are granted automatically (eg. free delivery), while others can be redeemed according to your liking.
How long are my rewards valid?
Your rewards are valid for one year, just like your status.
How many times can I use my rewards?
Certain rewards tied to your status are valid throughout the whole year (eg: free simple alterations), while others are one-time offers (eg: a complete free menu for 2 at the Grieder Bar or BG Café). If they aren't available anymore, they will appear greyed out in your personal BG Club space, under “My benefits”.
In-store, you need to identify yourself to our sales assistants at the cash desk. They will inform you about the rewards still available.
When transitioning to a higher status, will I keep the rewards tied to my old status that I haven't already used?
Yes, the rewards tied to each status can be combined. More information can be found on the "My benefits" page.
Can a third party take advantage of my rewards?
Your rewards are strictly tied to yourself. They can't be used by third parties.
BG Club vouchers
How do I use a BG Club voucher?
When making an in-store purchase, you need to identify yourself during the checkout. You can choose to have the amount of your BG Club voucher deducted from the amount of your purchases or to keep your voucher.
When making a payment online on the websites bongenie-grieder.ch or outlet.bongenie-grieder.ch, you can select your BG Club voucher as a means of payment.
How do I obtain a BG Club voucher?
After reaching 2,500 points in total, a CHF50.- BG Club voucher will automatically be credited to your personal BG Club account. You can consult the sum of your available vouchers at any time on the "My BG Club vouchers" page.
Will my BG Club voucher be reimbursed to me, if I make a return?
If you return the item in shop, your BG Club voucher will be refunded only in the form of a BG Club gift card.
If you return the item by post, your BG Club voucher will be credited directly to your BGClub customer account.
How long do my BG Club vouchers remain valid?
Your BG Club vouchers are valid for one year after their date of creation.
Can I combine my BG Club vouchers?
The BG Club vouchers can be combined with each other as well as with other ongoing offers and promotions.
Can a third party take advantage of my BG Club vouchers?
Your BG Club vouchers are strictly tied to yourself. They can't be used by third parties.
Credit card
How do I obtain my BG Club credit card?
You can make a request in-store with our sales advisors or directly on the website under the "My credit cards" section.
Why should I request the BG Club credit card?
Thanks to the BG Club credit card, you will double your points with each purchase made with this payment method. You will also gain accesss to the service choice at home and you will have the possibilty to pay your purchases at a later date or in several installments.
Is my BG Club credit card non-transferable?
The BG Club credit card is non-transferable. Nevertheless, you can appoint 4 beneficiaries to be associated with your account.
Can I change my BG Club credit card limit?
You can request it in-store with our customer service or by sending an email to support@bg-club.ch. You will then receive an email confirming the changed credit limit, if it was accepted.
Where can I find my BG Club credit card statement?
You can choose to receive your statements by email or mail. You will also be able to access your credit card statements at any time in your personal BG Club space in the "My credit cards" section.
My BG Club credit card was stolen/lost, what should I do now?
In case of loss or theft, we would like to ask you to contact our customer service at +41(0)58 330 30 00 or by e-mail: support@bg-club.ch, so that we can block your old card and send you a new one.
I would like to cancel one of the credit cards associated with my BG Club account, what should I do?
All you need to do is contact our customer service by email at support@bg-club.ch and to inform them of your request. They will examine your case and send you a confirmation once your request has been successfully processed.

Problems
I haven't used my rewards in the alloted time, what is going to happen now?
Your rewards are valid for one year. They can be combined: If they weren't used, they will automatically be carried over during your next transition to a higher tier level. However, if you haven't made a purchase, you are downgraded to the "Member" status and, unfortunately, you will lose all rewards you earned.
I forgot to mention the number of my BG Club loyalty card during my last purchase. Can my points still be added to my account?
There is no need for a physical card anymore. Our loyalty program is completely dematerialized. Our sales assistants will automatically ask you to identify yourself with each purchase in our stores in order to assign your BG Club loyalty points to you. You will also be automatically identified when making online purchases.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on "Registration/Log in", then go to "You have forgotten your password?" and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to you by e-mail.
I didn't receive my BG Club card, what should I do?
We don't have a physical card anymore. All you need to do is provide your personal information to our sales assistants so that you can be identified during your next checkout.
On our e-commerce websites, simply log in to your account with your e-mail address. Your loyalty card will be automatically filled in.
How do I modify my personal information?
You can modify your personal data in your personal BG Club space in the " Account settings " section.
How do I cancel my BG Club membership?
You can cancel your BG Club membership by sending an email to our customer service.
Payment
Is payment on invoice available to BG Club members?
The payment on invoice is offered under certain conditions. We reserve the right to refuse this payment method for certain orders. More information can be found in our general terms and conditions of sale.
Where can I find the receipts for my previous purchases?
The receipts of your previous purchases on bongenie-grieder.ch or outlet.bongenie-grieder.ch are available directly on these two websites in your personal space.
For your in-store purchases, you don't need your receipt, if you want to return or exchange any articles. Our sales assistants have access to your previous purchases and will carry out the return after asking you for your personal information.
BG Club gift card
Is it possible to buy a BG Club gift card online?
Yes, you can buy a digital gift card online. In this case, you will receive it by email and you can forward it to its receiver. If you chose the physical gift card, you will receive it by post to the address mentionned in your order.
Is the digital gift card valid in-store?
Both the physical and the digital gift cards can be redeemed in all our stores, including our online shops. They are valid for 2 years.
Can I buy a gift card using a BG Club voucher?
Your BG Club voucher is a payment method like any other. You can use it on all products and services, online or in-store.
Others
How do I receive the latest news regarding the BG Club?
As a BG Club member, you will automatically receive all communications tied to your BG Club account (status transition, BG Club vouchers available, etc.). If you would like to receive the lastest news on Bongenie Grieder and its partners, go to your BG Club profile and click on the "Communication preferences" section.
How do you process my personal data?
The protection of our clients' data and privacy is very important to us. The information in your BG Club account is used exclusively for the purposes of your business relationship with Brunschwig & Cie SA. This information is never sold. However, this information may be passed on to third parties for the subcontracting of our activities, particularly for marketing purposes.
