How does it work?
Each month, settle the bill at your own rhythm by choosing to pay your purchases completely or partially – 10% minimum.
Log on to your personal area, go to the “My credit card” category and view all your information such as your account statements or your point balance overview. On our site www.bg-club.ch you will also find help on how to use your card.

How do I obtain my credit card?
With or without an account, online or with the downloaded form, you can get it easily and quickly.
- Have your identity card and a proof of residence ready (you need to be older than 18 years and resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein);
- Download the form from your BG Club space fill it out without creating an account;
- Print it out;
- Fill in the form and sign it;
- Send it back by post or e-mail to support@bg-club.ch or drop it off in shop;
- Our BG Club customer service will take care of the rest and contact you in due course!
